Abstract

|
Autonomic function test has become widely available in many clinics. Understanding the meaning of the tests is essential to interpret the results and to manage patients with autonomic disorders. Autonomic function test can be used to make a diagnosis of generalized autonomic failure, benign autonomic disorder, or limited autonomic neuropathy. It also can be useful to evaluate the course of autonomic disorders and response to the therapy. These indications will be reviewed with the case studies.
